Thara Connect is the app for Thara Launch and the Thara Connect Forum, run by Thara Holding. You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on this website. Deletion takes effect as soon as you confirm, and it can't be undone.
In the app
- Open Thara Connect and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE, then tap Delete permanently. On iPhone, tap Delete account to confirm.
On the web
- Sign in to Account settings with the email you registered with.
- Under Delete account, choose Delete my account…
- Tick I understand that this can't be undone, then choose Delete my account.
What we delete
- Your entry pass is revoked, and your upcoming meetings and open meeting requests are cancelled.
- Your ID documents and identity checks, pitch deck, uploaded files, profile, profile photo and company logo are deleted.
- Your push notification tokens, notifications, notification preferences, saved profiles and matches are deleted.
- Your name, email address, mobile number, job title, organisation, nationality, ID number and LinkedIn profile are erased from your registration.
- Your sign-in account is deleted, so the same email can be used to register again.
What we keep
- Your reference number, category and attendance status, with no name or contact details, so the event's statistics stay accurate.
- Meetings that already took place and past meeting requests, including their notes, stay in the other participant's history, shown as a deleted account.
- Enquiries and problem reports you sent to the Thara team.
How long we keep it
What we keep, like all event data, is held until the end of the post-event period (30 November 2026) and then handled under Thara's retention policy.
